When it comes to being healthy, having a meal plan is definitely important. The easiest way for things to run smoothly is to do your research and plan beforehand. To get started, there are 3 things we will need to do:
1. Plan Your Time
Packing in the morning can sometimes be hard – we tend to wake up late, take longer to get ready and miss the chance to pack healthy meals. The easiest way is to pre-pack everything so you will be ready for the rest of the week. Find time once a week to pack food and go grocery shopping.
2. Recipe Search
Keeping a healthy diet also means eating things you love! Search online for easy, fast and tasty recipes to make for the week so you can love what you eat. Then write down all the ingredients that you need and head out shopping!
3. Weekly Meal Plan
Start Planning! Using The Weekly Meal Plan & Market List Notepad, write down when you will pre-pack your meals and plan which days you’re eating what; all so you can keep track of how much you need to pre-pack. Don’t forget to give yourself a cheat day! All that hard work of eating healthy will pay off, so a little break is definitely a must!
Along with meal planning, we have to squeeze in a little exercising! Whether it’s 30 minutes running at the park, playing sports over the weekend or even doing some YouTube Yoga at home, it will definitely keep you healthy and energetic!
